Such deep, beautiful brown eyes! Neutron is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighs 65 pounds.
Meet Neutron, a sweet and gentle boy who is searching for his forever home! This timid guy is a true gentleman – he takes treats ever so gently and just loves it when you rub his head softly. He is a snuggle bug at heart; he adores resting his giant, kind head on you and soaking up all the love and attention you can give. Neutron is the kind of dog who picks his person and once he does, he’s all in. He may be a little cautious at first, but give him a minute and you’ll see it: the playful, affectionate, slightly stubborn personality that makes him impossible not to love. Neutron is crate trained, walks nicely on leash, loves to cuddle, and will happily follow his human wherever the day goes.
Neutron thrives with calm, confident leadership and already knows his basic commands. He’s loyal to his core and looking for someone who wants a true partner, a soul dog. Neutron is a big baby who absolutely needs a leader to help guide him through life, to build his confidence and someone to be his advocate. He is such a gentle soul who just wants to be loved and cared for, and with the right person by his side, he will thrive. He will need a quieter type of home where any children are respectful of his chill nature and at least 8 years old. Please come and meet him and take the first steps towards giving this sweet boy the happy life he deserves.
If you are interested in Neutron and are at least 21 years old, please come to our kennel during business hours, make an appointment, or fill out an application at k9stray.com and an adoption counselor will be in touch. We look forward to helping you find your new best friend!
