Hello, my name is Cookie, and I am a nice girl with a hopeful heart, looking for my forever home. I am estimated to be about 4 years old and I weigh 14 pounds.

The nice people here at the rescue took me for a spa day at groomers and wow, do I feel better. You can see quite a difference in my before and after pictures!

I am kind of a dainty and needy pup, my only care is to get attention. My favorite place to be is right on your lap, where I can soak up all the attention and love you have to offer. I'm still a bit unsure of myself and can be a little nervous at times, but with your gentle guidance, I know I can flourish into a confident best friend. I just might need a little extra patience and understanding when it comes to handling.

I am not sure what I think about other dogs, I am kind of anxious and tense around them. I kind of just want them to stay away from me. So, I wouldn't mind at all to be your one and only love.

I would love it if you came to meet me, I can't wait to have a family all to myself. I will need a home where any children are at least 13 years old.
