Darcy

Such beautiful, soulful eyes Darcy has, you can just feel all the love she has to give. She is estimated to be about 10 months old and weighs 33 pounds right now.

Meet Darcy, a darling girl the cutest pout you ever did see! Darcy is incredibly affectionate and wants nothing more than to be close to you, showering you with kisses (her favorite) and cuddles. Though she's a little insecure, Darcy has so much potential with the right leadership. Sadly, she came to the rescue in poor shape and acts starved around her food and tries to gulp it down. She does easily relinquish her food bowl and responds well to "wait" at her bowl. Darcy is really looking for direction. We are recommending a slow feeder for her, it will be so wonderful when she understands she does not need to worry about her next meal. She just loves her Kong Wubba and will eagerly fetch it, always relinquishing it with a firm "drop" command. Darcy is the sweetest puppy and has so much to offer, she is looking for her forever home where she can thrive with a bit of guidance and structure. Darcy can't wait to have a loving adult only family, to help build her confidence and make her feel safe and loved. She would really like it if you came to meet her.
